Momentum Apps Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”), based in New Zealand, operates the StudyMap - Flashcards mobile application (the “App”). This policy explains how we handle your data as you use our study tools and purchase premium content.

The Core Privacy Principle: Your flashcards belong to you. We do not host your personal decks on our servers, and we do not have an account system. Most of your data stays exactly where it belongs: on your device.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not use an account system, we cannot "delete your account" upon request as no such account exists. To delete your local data: Simply uninstall the App or clear the App's storage in your device settings. Analytics data stored by Firebase is subject to Google’s standard retention policies (typically 14 months).

5. Children’s Privacy

StudyMap is a general audience study tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with information via a purchase or support email, please contact us.

6. New Zealand Privacy Act & GDPR

As a New Zealand-based company, we comply with the Privacy Act 2020. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data based on your consent (for analytics) and the necessity of fulfilling a contract (for purchases).
